Project competition Land.Voraus!

The Land.Voraus! project competition identifies outstanding rural development projects, awards them with attractive prize money and supports them in promoting their projects. The aim is to support and disseminate good project ideas in rural regions. MAQNIFY supports the 2022 competition as a premium partner. "Since we serve many customers and partners in rural regions with our products and services, we can strongly identify with the goals of the competition," states Dominic Fischer, Managing Director of MAQNIFY.

More than 420 projects from German-speaking rural areas took part in the "Land.Voraus!" project competition organised by the Network of Regions last year. Until 16 November, stakeholders could enter their projects for strengthening their region in the Network of Regions and thus qualify for participation in the competition.

A jury of experts mastered the difficult task of selecting the twelve winners from the large number of projects submitted. The decisive criterion for the selection of the winning projects was the extent to which the project can offer solutions to the challenges of rural regions, such as rural exodus, vacancy or insufficient infrastructure. It was also important that the project is transferable and can be implemented in other rural regions.
