To design a digital tour of the town and any related promotional activities

The aim of the City of Heide was to create a digital touristic offer which makes the sights and the cultural offer of the City of Heide tangible. Together with MAQNIFY, a circular walk with 10 stations was designed, which has both the tourist information as a starting point and also allows an individual entry into a circular walk from each station. In order to inform international visitors to Heide, the tour was designed in German, English and Danish. This also expresses the special bond with the Danish partners and the appreciation of the regular Danish visitors.
MAQNIFY also supported the city of Heide with content creation. In addition to informative and entertaining texts on the stations of the city tour, uniform images were also created for the new digital presence. The images can also be used for the City of Heide's other websites. They were also used to create the new brochure on the city tour of Heide. As a special highlight, a short image clip was shot for Heide, which, in addition to all the sights, also presents the lively and diverse shopping city of Heide.

An important part of the assignment was not only to realise the tour digitally, but also to create as many points of contact as possible with the digital offer offline. In a workshop with all project partners and the respective sights, a uniform layout was developed for an information board at each station.
Furthermore, a new brochure was developed in the CI of Heide, with which visitors can explore the circular route. The brochure consists of an overview map with all the important points in the city and an information section that briefly explains the individual stations. In addition, a sticker set in two sizes was developed. The stickers will be distributed at public parking ticket machines, ATMs, local restaurants and shops, among other places. With a multitude of touchpoints throughout the city, the tour also creates a stir offline and invites locals and visitors alike to get to know the city of Heide better during a leisurely stroll.
